Amazing conditions and weather! As was said, there are a few very wet areas but for the most part it's dry, and on a few trails like "Heart of Darkness" it might as well be August it's so dusty… Lineups were reasonable, did 5 laps today and probably never waited longer than around 15 minutes in the singles line.

Sorry for the shitty iPhone picture but I really was stoked on the day!

I'm surprised anyone got there due to the LOLongweekend traffic. Thankfully I was only going to Squamish and there were still fucktards everywhere on the road. How do these people manage to breed?

Totally reasonable today. I think that was due to the fatality on the sea to sky.

No fatality mentioned here? Did I miss something else?

It's all good in the Whiz. Good enough for us to book a hotel at lunch and ride tomorrow!

Ahh good nobody died, I just heard rumblings of it in the parking lot. I drove by it and it was pretty horrific.

Dirt merchant is a bit off yet. Trail crew says it's too muddy right now.

Dirt Merchant opened yesterday afternoon. Needs to dry out and harden up. Great weekend for riding in the park with some sun, clouds and hail.

This trip to Kelowna was definately an undertaking - Liam and I had been planning this project for 24 hours. We worked really hard to pull out all the stops in this video. We had slo-mo goggle shots; time lapses; pedal flips; outrageous product shots; unloading and loading the bike; walking through the field with your hand in wheat. At the end of the day this trip was all about just getting out and riding with all my friends.

Anyone think this thread should be split into 2? One for the bike park and one for the rest of the valley trails?

I don't think it really matters personally, but, whatever

There's nothing better than an Orangina after cheating death with Digger.
