Sorry Everyone, but due to the snowfall we are getting and concerns about getting open in time, Whistler Mounatin Bike Park has moved the official opening date to May 20th.

So we are now 89 days till opening.:D

that is no longer on my birthday, but I really like pow shredding so I'm not worried, and I know how fast weather changes around here! that being said, I heard some interesting news this week…and no, I'm not sharing and yes, I am an asshole! :)

deep snow on Garbo doesnt prevent the lower parks opening day..

I could see the mountain getting open early but check the web site, the official opening day has been moved to the 20th.

Lol, armchair experts in the middle of February! Lots can and usually does happen in 3 months. Better off making your predictions at the end of April. Weather and seasons change quickly up here

frame of reference for garbo…..the blue velvet/freight train bridge is pretty much completely buried….only the tops of the rope posts sticking out……..still tons of snow in the valley too
