Tinder Dry on Fromme - Real Fire Issues

I came across a small ground fire on Ladies this morning and called it in.

If you smell a fire while riding, please stop and investigate.

To state the obvious, don't use any spark generating tools or discard any smoking substances.

I'm still curious why Fromme didn't register as an actual mountain when I described the location, but the fire department eventually arrived on Mountain Highway.

Good job on catching that. I wonder if it was a smoker?

Most likely a "smoking substance." Ecigs and vaping are gaining popularity and perhaps less fires will result :nerd:

It is so incredibly dry out there right now.
