I came down Skull around 9 pm last night and there was a branch across the top of the final rock roll that appeared to be placed. Keep an eye out on this trail. I thought we were done with this.

Someone is out on Fromme doing crappy things.
Between 9pm last night and 11am this morning someone messed with my Fiver tape on Pipeline. I had two side lines taped off and someone took the tape and strung it across the trail blocking the trail about chest height.

Lots of people love messing with flagging tape. Be it survey tape, tree management or race course markers.
Todd made a really good suggestion a while back to the District that if you mark the tape with a sharpy explaining the marking tape like "Fiver Race Tape" in this case perhaps no one would mess with it.
Or it could be just another case of people being shit heads.
Maybe custom caution tape that says generic like "NSMBA event" or "NSMBA Fiver Race?" (Or maybe you can just piggy back onto the next Hooter's event)
