Funny, I can't think of any on severed, but we debated about straightening the left/right original line on lower CB and decided not to in order to honour the original intent.

that was a good decision.

it's circumstances like this where the "vocal minority" has it's concerns stem from.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

Yep good call.

I know the 2 lefts you mean, and if erosion is an issue from people skidding into them then thats one thing but just making them easier to flaow isnt really necesary imo.

Although I suspect the original line went the way it did only because there was a big old log in the way and the builders didn't see (or know better) the elevated ridge line 30' to the left.
