They’re good at supporting independent builders, so no need to worry. I hear that Sven dude is sketchy tho.
And you haven't even seen him after a year of WFH lockdowns and no haircuts.

Yeah, I guess he hasn't changed much since I first met him, which...holy crap.... was almost 18 years ago ... (yikes!)

You know when you don't say things like that it makes it much easier for all of us to pretend we're still in our 20's.
My son and I have been covering this braid with large pieces of woody debris for the past 8 months, and it keeps being thrown aside. Not sure if it's riders or hikers. Anyhow, I decided to put in something a little more permanent, including three posts buried to at least 2.5 feet and transplanting in a couple of large ferns.
The before:
The after:
Will this be enough to stop the braiding, I guess time will tell?

Scary dude. Still get the WTF moments when thinking and remembering about that one ride in Nam.
Not to mention having to take a dip in an ice cold river. Good times.
