…when picking building lines in a gully!:D
I must not have seen NWD8 and certainly never this pic.
I am inspired!!! I'll be keeping the basic concept of this line in mind.
(ramp across from the high side of the gully, turn and drop or hip jump in the uphill direction on the opposite high side of the gully, into a standard gap jump or slight hip jump across the mid-lower section of the gully to the original side of the gully and roll under the original ramp to a drop or hip-drop etc…)

^well I have been off the scene for a couple seasons…but no. Trails here are all about facing down the hill as fast and maybe big as possible. I've never seen a trail turn uphill on itself like that line pictured.(Harper does have that corkscrew…but I don't consider that to be on the same scale as what we're talkin here)

I am not worthy. I might as well be riding on curbs compared to that!

We also don't have the high and thick tree falls across gullies here(which helped reduce needed structure on the initial on-ramp in the pic)
But where I'm looking to build next…I might find such a spot;)

Oh shit…NICE!
Where is this trail? Looks do-able;)

Anyways..that gully section we're talkin' about…it's 50-100% bigger than the picture had me imagining(that's a good thing….I thought it looked kinda tight)

The Ewoks would be proud, that's alot of woodwork!

Wade Simmons is still the most entertaining rider to watch IMO, the style of riding is just so effortless (looks effortless anyways). Amazing clip.

I love this sequence:
