Well the trail makes for a good xc ride but is Bitches now gone? Did we lose a trail over this?

Also the trail marked Skid Road, which actually is an old Skid Road and thus a crappy ride was never a trail before (at least not one in any map nor talked about or likely ridden). Is that trail now part of the trail system?

Thanks James and Nathaniel and the DNV for all the hard work. I am new to Canada and to mountain biking, I really appreciate the more moderate trails but they are still on Fromme. I can now improve my skills without fear of sudden death. The kids love Griffin too, it's very encouraging for them to be able to take part, it's gotta be a good thing.

Awesome work on Executioner guys! Has to be one of my favorite trails on Fromme now. It's nice to have dirt and some organic matter and have a trail you can make as hard as you have the nuts for. Not hard enough? Use less brake, and try the multitude of little lines on the trail, pump and take a little air here and there. An no complaints about the Dreamweaver exit. Makes a fantastic XC loop!

Props to the DNV boys for linking up a delightful top to bottom run. Good crew yesterday, even if things got a little loopy at the end. And you know who you are…:D

Rode the new work tonight. The work on Executioner into Brew is good.

Seems that it's pushed TONS of new traffic onto Dreamweaver. I had not rode DW for maybe two months, WOW soo many new blown out corners, braids and just general destruction. Trail needs some lovins.

that's part of the reason i love some of the "blown out," older and forgotten trails. braids are healed over and there's little to no traffic.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

The only section of DW I find completely shitty is the completely exposed flat root bed when the trail is right next to the power lines. I guess with so much fun and flow up top now, I don't find the rest of the lower section to be as bad as I thought it was previously… if that makes any sense.

FTR, Lower DW was a mess before the trail work was completed.

Yes lower has been getting worse and worse the last couple years. But the upper section is getting wider and wider in spots and corners blown out.

Please don't take my comment as me boo hooing and laying blame, just an observation.

Does anyone currently hold the permit for DW?

Just to clear things up, the new work and reroute is called executioner. It's now all one trail.

Thanks for the great feedback everyone!
