Did a little work on Bookwus on my last ride through there. The skinny to the log was already broken and off to the side. With out nails and hammer it wasn't going to go back in its original place and stay there very long.

So did the best I could without tools and built up a little rock roll to get onto the log. Turned out pretty well.

Figured I would post this to explain what i did, so it did not look like I went and deliberately altered the trail, as the skinny was a fun feature.

If the builder wants a hand to go in and rebuild the skinny and re-enforce the exit ramp I would be happy to help.

You're a good person TRD. PROPS.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

The rocks look like they were meant to fit there! Good work, let's hit it up on the next ride.

Looks great thanks for taking the time.

The raw, primitive, unrefined trails that see little to no maintenance are the kinds of trails that really build skill. What kind of skills do you learn riding a trail that was made by a machine, groomed to perfection and void of any rocks, roots or other obstacles that could send you careening over the handlebars?
