eventually I will rig up something like this for my trials bike. While the pack is a great option, clearing lots of wind fall becomes a pain. Back off, saw out, cut, saw back in pack, down the trail 2 mins and repeat. This will be the hot ticket…well IMO it will be.

I love my new saw. :)
gotta say…that is one awesome looking saw.
A fork mounted rack would be interesting to try.
Here is one that looks like it could work quite well.

Like the price of that second rack but I think I will be trying to fab my own first and see how it goes. I dont think it should be too hard to make something that is reasonably decent.
It wouldn't take much to make a similar rack. I've got a cardboard template that I made but I'm waiting for better weather so I can cut it out and weld it.
I really should strap a saw to the bike and see how it feels. The MS192 might not be too bad but anything bigger is probably too much weight.

I went out and strapped the saws to my bike to see how it looks. A rack might work with a top handle saw but I'm not sure how well it would work with the rear handle saws.
MS192 with 16" bar.
For shits n' giggles, the 550XP with 20" bar.
Both saws were weighed with full oil and fuel tanks.
