Hey, did Squamish get dumped on with buckets of rain last night as well? Assume it did…

This morning I rode up Legacy to AM, up the road to Recycle, then into Pseudo 1,2 [HTML_REMOVED] 3 back to the car. Everything ran very well. Getting dusty out in the open but, in the trees it is cool, damp and tacky Fall goodness.

Are there any good climbing routes to get up to the top of 19th, G'n'H etc.? I really don't want to pedal up the Park road.

Try climbing Galactic Scheisse. Word is Armand does it on his single speed :)

Did Squamish get a lot of rain this week? The last few days in the city have been sunny and dry…

There's a tree down on Full Nelson.

The dirt was nice and tacky today and slab lines around Alice Lake were not overly treacherous. Great day.

Did Cakewalk [HTML_REMOVED] AM [HTML_REMOVED] Pseudo and it was awesome. A bit of moisture here and there but surprisingly low treachery. Way less standing water/muck than I would have expected. My gear didn't need to be hosed down afterwards. Great day.

Squamish conditions are amazing right now. Rode Made in the Shade for the first time in probably over 10 years. They've done some work on it! Then dead end loop and the four lakes trails which are open to bikes now.

I am thinking about spending part of Saturday in Squamish riding solo. What are the chances of meeting up with locals to get a ride to the top of 19th hole area and where would be a good place to do that? thanks

It was so foggy and grim in Vancouver this morning and then partway up the S2S we climbed above the clouds to reveal an epic sunny fall day. Trails are in great shape, just a little tacky. Get 'em while you can!

Did Somewhere Over There then headed over for Value-Added to Larvicide, which totally spooked me. Some big moves to consider when you're out alone. I haven't had that feeling in a while; looking forward to hitting it again!

Also, Fraser from Corsa totally saved my day. As soon as I started off on my ride my post (KS Lev) started malfunctioning. I assumed my day was done (which says a lot about how important this thing has become to my riding!) and drove down to see if I could buy a cheap regular post to get me through the day. Fraser fixed my LEV on the spot (at midday on a Saturday!) and got it working better than new. It was totally above and beyond the call. I was incredibly stoked. Thanks buddy!

In honour, let's revisit this awesome edit.

Yup, conditions are absolutely primo. I would say, the best they've been all year. Wasps are pretty much down, nice carpet of leaves, tacky soil, PERFECT for night riding. After Fraser fixed your Lev, he joined the bonfire up at the 6-hour Bill Landry Lunar Enduro, up above Alice Lake. Epic Cliff Miller chili, palette-burning, costume racing, full moon shenanigans.

It doesn't get much better than this.

hey big guy. do you know what the issue with the Lev was? it would be good to know how to trouble shoot/what to look for if mine goes south.
