Gun Cr. trail is open and cleared up to Trigger Lake (thanks, Tyax Adventures), no snow at Spruce, meadows are full of Balsamroot. Warner should be soon.

Hurley FSR is still closed, so if you want the goods you'll have to drive through Lillooet or the High Line (now called the Douglas Trail, I think). Bah.

Gun Cr. trail now open to Warner Lake, and in great shape. Just a skiff of ice on the lake, so the float plane should be in there in a week or so.

Hurley is getting checked out by avi-techs tomorrow, then they start grading, it should be open for next weekend.

BTW, the Gold Bridge General Store is still on winter hours so don't count on buying anything on Sunday or holidays.

I'm not sure when they'll be changing to summer hours.

~~~~~~~~~
The Hurley is still a tire killer, flatted again last night. Tore the sidewall on a E load rated almost new tire, probably less than 15,000km on it. That was coming down the Pemberton side that hasn't been graded yet.
If you are heading out on some of the lesser used access roads around the park, allow extra travel time to clear rock fall. Make sure you have the slings, straps [HTML_REMOVED] cables required.
^little fact I learned when working up there and staying at the Motel. The general store [HTML_REMOVED] Motel are owned, or possibly just staffed, by the same people, so if the store is closed it is possible to sweet talk it open with the lady (Jewel?) running the Motel.
Yup, the GB hotel, restaurant, pub [HTML_REMOVED] general store are all owned by the same woman. The hotel/restaurant/pub has been for sale for years.
The gas station is gone, replaced with a card lock system. BTW, does anyone know how to get one of the cards for this system? I'm up there often enough that having one would be a good idea.
I'd heard that the tire/car repair shop was for sale a year or two ago.
We rode Taylor to Eldorado to Lick Creek last Saturday June 14. The trails are in mint shape and should be snow free within 2 weeks or so. We cleared Lick of all but 3 very large dead-fall trees….
So far it's not functioning - the company that installed it won't say when (or even if) they're going to open it.
The bar in Bralorne has gas again, though.
the riding down low is running nice at the moment.
Just a speculative fiction. No cause for alarm.
LOL, I thought there was a cardlock set up running up there last year?
The pub/gas in Bralorne doesn't work for me since I use diesel. Oh well, I carry a couple of extra jerry cans now. 1 trip to Lillooet for fuel was enough.
We spent Canada Day week-end in the Paradise / Relay area. The trails are 100% snow free and in amazing shape for late June….
