Access is pretty terrible but some of the lower south-facing trails are opening up.

Been riding Radio Tower/Moose Jaw/Crosstown the past two days. Thanks to the keeners that were out clearing the blowdown

Mission Impossible 3 is good to go. Cleaned up most of the deadfall yesterday.

Happy is clear to the bench, but Waco is a mess - many trees down and still some snow.

Happy and Waco are now clear of blowdown. Big mess at the bottom of Blood Sweat and Fear. Don't launch the last jump without looking or you'll land in the middle of a tree

All of last weeks storm snow has melted, Waco[HTML_REMOVED]BSF are cleared. NIMBY open well beyond the Bob Gnarly cut-off, but still not to the top.

Creampuff and the rest of the south side trails are open, but blowdown is still being cleared. Access still best from Econoline, the roads are still snowy.

Trails are in great shape, we've been hitting 10C pretty much every day. Get up here!

A couple of the local trials riders took their chainsaws out yesterday and hit:

Meat Grinder, Cream Puff/Main Vein, Econoline/Upper Dark Forest, Upper Grumpy Grouse, and Moby Dick/Lower Dark Forest

I think we can call the Mosquito Lake area 'open' now.

Thanks to Bill and Trevor!

Come on out to the PVTA's AGM, this Wednesday March 13. We're meeting at 7p.m. in the Youth Centre, beside the main Community Centre in downtown Pemberton.

"This Wednesday is a great chance to get involved with the PVTA. Come out and sign up for a membership and hear about our Summer plans. If you are feeling like giving a bit back to the community, at the AGM we'll be electing new Directors to the Board. We have a busy summer planned - the completion of the Mt. Currie Hiking Trail, the summer Fundraiser, ongoing trail maintenance, and more trail signage."

I'd really like to see the biweekly rides start again, but we would need a dedicated Race Director - anyone up to it?
