Great weather made for an awesome night ride last night…cool to hit gaps and drops in the dark with uber bright lights.
John's, Manditory (thx for the fresh dirt-yippee), Giant Killer, Bloggy and Shotgun all clear

Be aware of ice on Bline , found about 2/3rds of the way down where water can normally be found draining acoss the trail for 5-7 ft.
Made it through, but it nearly got me

Fun times in the frozen grippy dirt too be had

No snow up to the powerlines although it was coming down half rain/snow the further I went up. Frozen ground + heavy rain = poor draining trails and there was some standing water that should sort itself out in a few days.

I was able to pedal the road up to Quickhit then had to push. Trails were rideable from Stovetop downwards, with a few interesting moments;-). Watch for fallen trees as I had to take out one near Giant Killer and one on Shotgun.

Anyone given it a go since the weekend? Hoping to night ride tonight or get a lap in tomorrow late afternoon, followed by Friday and Sat afternoon. Then perhaps somewhere else (maybe Burke) come Sunday.

Any hopes for me tonight?

You're probably looking at 4" of shit slush all around up there. If you think those are ok conditions, go for it. Some people dig 'riding' in crap like that, and if you fall in that camp you'll have a blast.

I took my toboggan to a local MTB hill yesterday and it was superior to any riding I did all of last year.

"It's, like, so much fun."

Thats what I figured, but as long as I could pedal up (hopefully through some truck tracks) I could always lap out on one trail which would eventually make for some fun riding.

I think I will just wait until Fri….

I went up yesterday. There were no other bike tracks and lots of slushy snow.

Some spots weren't too bad but for the most part it was very slippery.

Boggy in sections…. definitly wet (Duh)
John's had a tree across just after the upper cliff drop…however I karate chopped the tree in half and moved it out of the way.
There is also a tree down on Snakes just after the bridge that is under repair. Too big to move on my own, it probably requires a chain saw or a good hand saw.
Anyone need help with the bridge, if so PM me.
