now is there not some trail you could be fixing

I don't care if a person doesn't do trail work and just rides - you, for example - but it does rub me the wrong way when somebody who does little to no work grouses about trail conditions.

Oz is one of the good ones who actually does work on a semi-regular basis, although I think he's bummed that I called him a pooftah…

Excellent conditions today. Cold and fast. A lot of frost heave happening in the clearcut of Lower Shotgun.

No sightings of the mysterious Mancougar Brother Lu.

Super Rad…Its a Frozen Summer out there
perhaps a little noisy at times rippen through the frost heave.
But eveything is bone dry and grippy.

Agreed. Really enjoyed riding in the windstorm.

Watch out for a badly cracked and leaning tree at the top of Upper Toadstool. Pretty sure it was about to go due to the loud creaking and cracking going on.

Trails are now snow free but still a bit frost heaved in places. The road up is soft and slow.

I was working right off Richards street yesterday, just a trace of snow and it was warm.Talked to buddy last night who rode Red and he said the lower trails were good. So I bet Bear's mostly snow free.Check out http://www.fvmba.com/ for Sumas conditions.

Snow starts after the powerlines as you go towards the Goldmine trailhead. Not too difficult to get thru. Also, trees down on Hekyl/Jekyl.

So I cut some trees out on boxing day, right in the middle of the two step downs half way down. Was that these ones or did someone help me out.
