I rode Cumby yesterday and the snow line was still quite low. Talked to some people who rode Dumont yesterday and they said the snow line was receding back and most stuff was ride-able. As for drainage I would say that the hammerfest trails do drain as good as any other trail network. I am sure this does not help you at all but let me know what its like if you go.

I'm saying fuck the valley for another week or so and am driving down to Tzouhalem and Maple Mtn to ride. Stupid snow is screwing with my riding.

How are the snow levels there? I heard they got a good bit to.

Friends were down there last week and they said it was clear except for the highest levels of the Zoo. Hoping Maple is clear as well because I want to try the new trail.

Hammerfest/Errington was pretty good today. no snow anywhere just fairly wet in spots but pretty dam good.

i haven't been to the Zoo in yrs and only been to Maple once when i was living in Victoria. should get down there sometime again. which trail network is most 'worth it' down there considering the travel?
