Fromme: Gannys/Crippler?
crippler should be but grannies… i thought it was closed down for now when air supply was closed but doesn't seem to be listed on the nsmba.ca site.
Crippler is still in good nick and Grannies has been pretty raw/classic North Shore for a few years now. For those unfairly complaining that Ladies has been dumbed down, time to get out on Grannies and recall what roots and rocks are all about!
Both are excellent trails, go and ride em! :rocker:
Those trails will school you.

Crippler so much fun, keeps me honest that's for sure.
The last time I rode Grannies was late last year, and yeah, pretty natural and challenging, especially in this type of weather, but oh so much fun!
Have the sudden urge to go ride Grannies now

There's at least one spot though that is an excellent reminder to check stunts before you ride them. It will help avoid the surprise 'so this is what it feels like to ride a ladder during an earthquake' feeling.
I've been maintaining Crip for a few years but I haven't checked it since the summer
Is it finally time to take down the sketchy rolldown ramp?
Crippler was tons of fun this afternoon. Not too much of the white stuff, glassy at the initial drop in but just enough of a melt/freeze crust to provide confidence the rest of the way down… Didn't touch any of the woodwork though.
It may just be me as I don't ride either of these trails too often, but Crippler was a little difficult to find, despite the signage. It appeared that the signage to Crippler (after you ride in from the fire road a bit) pointed to what I consider Grannies. Perhaps I should have gone left instead of right?
My dog Rules! He rides more stunts than U!
