What kind of condition are Pipeline and the lower trails in? I'm getting really antsy to get back on my bike.

i'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest "wet"

So where is ride-able these days? Burnaby mtn, Burke, other fromme trails?

Definitely stay off of Burnaby Mountain when it is wet. The trails don't have a lot of rock armor.

im tempted for a ride as well…

seventh would be the best bet with the amount of rock work it has on it.

Good time to give the trails a rest, or even some love if you're so inclined. It seems when there is a nice day on the weekend…everybody forgets how much it rained for 3 or 4 days before that. Today was a great day to be on the bike…road bike that is.

everybody pretty much rides when they feel like it, trail conditions be damned. you of all people should know that by now. ;)

i used to get worked up about people thrashing trails in the rain, but things don't seem to change so i've just learned to live with it. it just means rougher, more chundery trails that, in the end, keep people away.

just got back from a hike up there.

walked around pink starfish, upper oilcan area. most of the snow is gone but there's still some on the seventh switchback.

and yes.. very wet but nice! i loved the fog.

Was great up there today… made sure to skid extra hard on the rock on Pipeline… so much loam to tear off that trail.

Then when we thought we hadn't have enough, we decided to head over and help tear up another trail called Ned's…

Trails with no dirt usually ride good in the wet!
