Seems about the worst time to ride right now. The ground is soft and saturated and the slush is clogging up drainage.

Yesterday there was about an inch and a half of standing slush on the trails.
I couldn't imagine much worse conditions.

I ended up going to Woodlot. Hiked to the snow, turned around to the lower trails :( Another day for Pipeline!

How are things looking leading up to this weekend? Snowline?

I was up there this morning. The snow starts pretty quick after the 2nd gate, but rideable. I stopped at Bobseld. It was clear.

Enough snow that you cant get up past the 1st without hitting the snow wall….Bassically no riding past Bobsled.

I beg to differ. There's no riding above the 3rd switchback. Crinkum has several inches of snow. Awesome conditions!

Wednesday the 27th me and digger drove up and hit the snow hard at the 2nd. Didnt think it would melt that fast but I guess thats what happends when it goes from -1 to 11 degrees…..

Yesterday (March 3rd), the snow got heavy at the 4th. We pushed to the 5th and rode Crinkum Crankum, which had semi-rideable snow for the first 200 m or so. After that, conditions were fine.

Attempted an Espresso (old entrance) on the 3rd. Lots of blow down, snow for the top half. After that it got fun!

I rode floppy bunny. This trail has had some serious upgrades. Last time i did this trail was a year ago. It has good flow AND sweet jumps and nice wood work.
an exelent alternative to Bobsled if you want to get in a quicky.
The bottom of the trail has some punched sections but ya cant expect a trail to be perfected in a hurry.
Ship it to Fedex deserves some cred for rebuilding this trail into the lil gem that it is now.

common sense…..Whats common about sense?!

Did Ladies yesterday, snow after the 4th switchback made for a bit of walking, was going to hit pipeline but the snow was getting worse. Ladies top 300m or so was slush/snow. The ladder as you meet up with the 3rd switchback entrance is loose (just as you hear the creek) and there was one tree down (forget where but it was easy to spot).

Got to ride Espresso this am. Still lots of snow above the 4th switchback
Initial drop in a little sketchy then plenty of pushing due to snow and a lot of downed trees.
Looks like the entrance bridge to the big smooth rock roll has been taken out by a downed tree.
After that the trail is really good
