Apologies if this has already been posted elsewhere.

Hopefully the talented person that rebuilt part of the coaster on Lower Crippler reads this: the first part of it, which was the old, original wood, has rotted away and partially collapsed. It is unridable now, which is a shame because the rest of it, rebuilt not too long ago, is a thing of beauty, one of the coolest structures on Fromme for sure.

That thread is two years old. Half the coaster has been rebuilt since then. It's now the first part, not the exit, that's rotting.

Anyway, thanks to Mr. Ship-it, I messaged the builders.

Considering Niggz is now in Williams Lake and Wilkez is working full time and going to PG in Sept. I'm sure they won't mind if someone else goes in to fix it.

Otherwise maybe put some sticks in front of it so people don't ride it and they may get to it next year sometime. maybe.

Looking to ride the shore but don't know where to go?

I'm willing to help out anyone with the know-how to fix it. I'm not qualified to do it myself (any work I would do would probably end up in one of these "Does anyone know who does incompetent work like this? If so, email me" threads), but I'll do whatever grunt work is required if someone wants to get on it.

Good call cgh.

However, this, is a great idea. Any riders out there able to close it off before someone gets hurt? Thanks!

Just heard from wilkez; apparently it's now fixed thanks to tonestar from the boards here. Cheers to him, and I'll buy you beers any time.

Ya I think I will be done with permits for crippler after this year…no time anymore with other trail projects, trail building at work, and school in PG this sept. There has to be some time left to ride my bike…

So if any qualified individuals want to take it over, get in touch wtih me and I can give up all the goods for the trail
