Not a huge fan of the slomo off the jumps. Nice riding though. What kind of bike is that? I started riding Cypress on my Specialized 6" and 6" Enduro but not sure I'd be keen to do all those jumps on it.

It's the old coastal crew gambler. Actually belonged to Dunkerton. It's probably really depressed with my little airtime now… Apart from the weight it's a super solid bike….
I started riding on a 6.5 myself, but got beaten up by sex girl too often….

You had SUSPENSION?!? Jealous!

I remember how much easier the Roaches became with it.

Ha. And newspaper for riding shoes I suppose. I can't fathom riding much of anything on the shore sans suspension. It's a wonder anyone survived to propagate the species.

A good steel hardtail might change your opinion:)

Roaches was a different trail back then. Not as punched out, but scarier thanks to the equipment of the day.

Here's what people were riding on the BLT, before the days of baggy shorts, shin guards and colour photography.

Is that straight ahead Fred in the white V1 Pro helmet?

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

First hint of a snow line starts around 700m (barely) but you can ride well beyond that. Conditions were nice tonight. Lots of grip and the rain stopped around 9pm with a full moon making an appearance. Rode until 10:30!
