Snow starts at the lookout, 4-5" at the Mystery DH parking area, not too much on the trail. Thanks to whoever was clearing the drainage on Mystery DH. :)

Snow is clear on the road from the picnic area and below. Trails in there should be good to go.

Lower Trails; Roots are pretty greasy, but any woodwork is grippy. Thanks to whomever has cleared / cut random logs that have fallen across the trails.

There's a bit of slush on the top of the lower trails (wild cherry, shore play ect). Totally rideable. The fresh dirt on roach hit is super soft, I almost went over the bars on the step down it slowed me down so much.

had 4" or so of snow down to where roach clip splits off at the powerlines, anything below is clear. there's a few branches down so clear em if you see em.

They'll be clearing this area with snow plows in the future if you miss this meeting!

If you want to ride technical trails on Cypress in the future, it is important for YOU to attend the open house tonight.

Light snow on the road above Upper Tall Cans last night but none on the trails. Aside from a few potholes, trails were in good shape.
If anyone knows a fun way to get back down to Marine Drive I'd love to hear about it! Tried Stupid Grouse and it's definately not worth the road ride up from the bottom of Roaches (plus only gets to the highway). Saw cops towing away cars from a speed trap halfway there though.

Cheers, Ben
