it was very cold.

Please translate this to f*^%ing Freezing!!! I've never been as cold as I was today!!! That wind chills the bones…

But i concur the trails were pretty sweet (tacky) even with the snow on the ground!

Work continues on the Soft Taco trail clayburn area, we are really trying hard to make this more of a year round trail. More mesh and a gapper bridge has now a roll down,so more riders can do.
While this trail will always favor better riders , it's very scenic and one of the lowest trails around on the Ledgeview circuit . The Lost Oakleys has also had a bit of a redo with more coming. The elevated ladder at Choose your poison now has a up/down besides it.
As the snow comes these two trails are some of the lowest (read clear of snow for now) around.
Give them a try ,the big bridge midpoint on the ST is really a great place to sit and enjoy some sweet natural surroundings.

Trail Report for Ledgeview:

The frost is gone and the trails have the consistency of my newborns bowel movements.

Hey big thanks to sleeper as we cleaned up a couple of trees on Chadsey (one was a big fir)
Sorry Doug ,but we did the section across from the clearcut of TimeKiller.
TimeKiller down where the big rockdrop was we also cleared out some nasty trees .
In the end it was pitch black and we walked out carefully ,still a lot of fun.
I think? we might have seen the Kim with Golden at the Peel exit sitting there.
Good day of fun.

Red Mountain was in great condition lastnight! There was about 2" of snow at the top of Big Red and little to no snow below that.

Check more detailed trail conditions here:
