Is there a reason why you must go up No Quarter?

Otherwise, I'd suggest going in via Mountain View park (lower Griffin ascent, King of the Shore, up MTN Hwy and down Leppard, CC (taking the easy ride around to avoid the ladder bridges), Kirkford and then the Griffin's to MVP to finish 

Seventh could be added to that loop if weather/skill levels permit...

Just do a seawall ride. Safe, easy, quick, and you can jump off some curbs while you're at it.
