Furthermore, the proposed relocation of Fisherman's Trail (east side) is on the same slopes. So the slopes as they are now should be OK, even though the reason for closing this section of road and BT was supposed to be safety from possible slope failure. Well. I someone decided to go around a fence past warning signs and got hurt and sued the City, that would be a pretty easy defence. "So" says the judge " You saw the warning sign that clearly said don't go there and you climbed over or around the fence meant to keep you out and got hurt".
