Gotcha
Who is that guy on CBC?
Yea Jeremy is a cool guy, I always have breakfast with him on traildays when I come up………….he does indeed have some interesting stories……LOL
It's not the Speed that Kills, It's the sudden Stops.
Yeah you may think he's cool because he spends a long time on a trail. But it's not when you have a guy who says that he "knows" what people want in a mountain bike trail (ie: ladders, bridges, logs). I for one do not want any of that one a trail, and there are many people who feel the same. Jeremy wants to rule the roost on the North Shore and decide what people want. That's what he told me. Digger has been building better trails for a lot longer and knows taht one type of trail isn't going to cut it. Jeremy ould like to phase people like Digger and the other trail builders out of the equation. He told me that. Is that cool? He would like to turn it into a bike park, charge admission, and become the grand-wizard of the North Shore. He told me he wants to make money from these trails from fees.
It's not cool when you have a guy like this who's looking out for number 1 and deciding what he feels is the right thing to do for the rest of us.
lesbiens, and I don't mean the good kind.

When one person suffers from a delusion, it is called insanity.
When many people suffer from a delusion, it is called religion.
Yes and yes, for an entire winter.
But yeah I do respect the amount of work Jeremy puts in. It's amazing. I respect Digger who would do it regardless of pay, videos, or even for his own riding. How many of us would spend that much time working on trails taht we rarely ride? I know I wouldn't (although Todd's been riding a lot with that fancy new bike!)

**plz stay off CBC and let Jeremy do his work uninterupted..CBC will be better off aswell, if ridiers stop riding it in teh sloggy conditions….
huge Kudos to him….CBC is a jewel…:thepimp: **
I have not touched that trail since September, and I won't be back on it until it dries up. The mud spoils that trail, and I just feel guilty riding it in those conditions, unlike the 500 cars and riders that insist on doing it every weekend rain, snow or shine.
Jeremy Power.
Digger makes money off the trails.

I'll verbally spank Zascar when I see him again. I told their group to avoid CBC. They rode it anyway…
Why would you purposly damage a trail knowing that it will take time to repair when it gets dry ? There has been so much work on CBC. The volountary closure I guess is a "Big boy" thing. I didn't think it was responsible to ride the trail and erode all the parts that have not been "bomb proofed".
Cam (Zascar) If I were you, I would prepare yourself to be verbally abused…Nicky as well… :P

As far as I'm conerned, Jeremy can "own" CBC all he wants. And I'll help him out when I can. IMO, he (and others) have done some great work on that trail, and when conditions are good, I love that trail.
There's probably 50 trails on the North Shore. If you don't like CBC, just pick one of the other 49. The rest of us will (gratefully) enjoy what Jeremy has done.
Oh, and Digger does make videos - for the money.

I said even if Digger didn't make videos he would still be up there putting in insane hours. Re-read my last post. Thanks.
