XC, DH? Pedal or shuttle? I've got a killer 3 hour rip I've been digging lately.
Pedal up rip down on the Rune! Three hours sounds good!!!! Spill it.
For the Rune, try Fromme, 7th Secret, Leopard, Kirkford, Crinkum, Roadside Attraction (or back up a briefly to Floppy Bunny), Natural High and finish off on Immonator.
Should take 2-3 hours depending on how fast you rip up and down.
If you only have a little time, Floppy Bunny (laps if time allows) and out on Natural High and Immonator.
Please let me demonstrate the ride around; really it's no trouble.
