i use under armour long sleeve for football. and even when its relly hot out and i have it on i dont over heat.
What to wear under armour?
Any "wicking" fabric underwear will do… I have tried it all and now only buy the cheapest stuff so I don't cry when I trash it… besides cheap or expensive 90% of it stinks and stains regardless of how much you wash it…..
Speaking of stink… does anyone know how to blow the stink out of synthetic "wicking" fabrics????

try washing/soaking in vinegar or try this stuff called mirazyme I think I got it from MEC,or a diuve shop should have it
if u don't wear armour then there is no problem :)

Being an agoraphobic adrenaline junkie would be pretty convenient, because you could get your rush from just going to the store to get some milk instead of having to jump off a mountain or out of an airplane.

Westside Sport and Ski had Helly Hansen Lifa on sale a short while back. Short sleeve Ts, long sleeved, singlets and womens stuff as well. That stuff is the best. Most wicking stuff is made from polyester. But Lifa is polypropylene. Seems to dry much faster than the polyester types yet wicks the same or maybe better. No experience with Underarmour though. Coast Mountain had a ton of it at the Park Royal store on sale a couple months ago.
Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.
under aror hands down…if u dont like the tight lycra look its not for u…its meant to hug the body

I thought that polypro had a reputation for stinking, much more so than polyesters like CoolMax?
I've heard good things about capilene as a wicking layer, but haven't tried it yet.

hm long-sleeve or short-sleeve?
get some Helly Hansen Lifa…either the Dynamic Crew (long sleeve) or the Dynamic T, they're insanely breathable, wicking shirts. It's pretty cheap too. There's a Helly store at UBC, 2 at Whistler and one somewhere in downtown Van (West 4th I think)
