EVERYONE starts in the beginner/sport cat. You need to earn points by winning races before you can move up to expert then again to pro. Your age determines what age cat your in. I'm not sure with teenagers but I think there's a under 16 cat, a 17-18 cat, a 19-29 cat, then 30-39 cat, and 40-49cat. When you register to race they will put you in the right category if you have any troubles.

well how come im in beginner. no offence to any n00bs but i will own them, and i dont want to ride "3 foot high obstacles" i want to do "6 foot drops"
