from the original document

We are attempting to ensure that a mature fir tree growing on the face is not impacted further and we are not able to accept the safety issues associated with the original line.

at least quote the whole sentence.

Well that would be a pickle is someone confirmed the survey and proved it wasn't on their land.

It's crown land but they have the right to manage it. According to the LCSR map, AfterTaste isn't even close to the LSCR.

The old NSMBA seymour trail map clearly shows the relevant part of Dales on LSCR land ( though there is another spur heading SE also called Dales which appears to be on DNV land). So either the boundaries have changed or the NSMBA map wasn't sufficiently accurate…

clear as mud, thanks for the explanation….so while the LSCR is within their jurisdiction, so are trails on crown land within the listed areas? outside of BC Parks, obviously…basically I'm implying(asking) that while the lower part of Dale's may not be in the LSCR, it is still within their realm of responsibility?

That map shows the parks and greenbelts controlled by Metro Van.
