pretty much as long as i want on or off the trail pointed up or down or flat or with or without brakes. I used to practice on techy trails when i was the sweep rider for Rippen Riders in squamish. The one handed trackstand isnt that hard, but no handed is a diff story.

im pretty sure i can trackstand for 2 hours or like forever i never really try those cause im to busy shreading sloped and helping nick with his JABRONi peperony factoy

Yeah, the no-hander is something I never worked on. Looks cool, though. One handers are relatively easy, though.
