when you got / had the only ( mtn ) bike in town , you get a lot of firsts , but like i said , it's only important to the person doing it .

It probably also helps when your young, single, and really have no responsibilities of any kind.

Wasn't it in 1990 or 91 when those Kokanee TV ads ran. I think his name was Ronnie Hawes riding over logs, doing log rides, and doing wheelies of the log.

I think that was closer to 94, I still remember the TOAD he was riding. I had just gotten a Kilauea at the time because I couldn't afford the esspresso I was looking at. Back in those days I would have killed for either a Dekerf or a TOAD. Come to think of it, I'd probably still do that for a good condition original.

alright!!!

And my mother in law's too.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

WOW! Look at that stem!

Anyone got the time line for Brew? I can't remember dates, but that was my tip top favourite trail for the longest time.

Kn.

Lee think Diplock built brew in 2001/2002, which makes sense to me.

WOW! Look at that stem!

grove stem; flat [HTML_REMOVED] wide (of course the 150mm length was de rigueur).
