Scab: Stop panicking and scaring people.

When people were in the shed on the weekend working on the drop trail, they ran into a city worker who apparently freaked out because they hadn't notified some person about that trail. He proceeded to make wild promises that things would be torn down ect ect.

Tool said he was talking to someone he knows on city council, and someone also posted the minutes from a city council and shed bike club meeting where they talked about the future.

It all sounds okay, there are a few people on each side freaking out, but in general everything is normal.
