Was riding Boogeyman the other day. I always assumed the name was in reference to the steep ladder/roller coaster near the end. That thing makes my heart go into my throat every time.

What a great feature that makes me confident enough to try it but scary enough to get me every time.

I have not done the ladder / coaster yet. I like the jump just before that, though. That trail is a shore classic.

My understanding is the roller coaster is called The Drooler.

It's the rock rolls leading up to The Piledriver that makes me pucker a bit.

One of my favorite trails on Seymour.  Thank you to the builders!

About half way down is a huck off a log on the right side.  (Or you can just ride down the left with no huck).  I believe that was "The Boogieman".  There was a sign with animal skull and bones there at one point.

The sign & skull are still there.
