Suspensionwerx on vacation?

Has anybody contacted James or Arthur @ suspensionwerx lately?

I ordered a Ti spring 4 weeks ago, I've been calling for a week now and left a couple messages, with no reply. Are they on holiday, or just that busy?

I too have tried to contact them with no avail.. I understand they get very busy around this time but I assume they could respond to messages or emails at some point..

james is literally drowning in fork oil, putting in long hours to try to keep up. arthur is busy with other work commitments. best bet is likely to stop by in person.

He is REALLY busy. Bad time for my totem to die on me. Getting a backup fork tomorrow…

Die? It's pretty easy to change oil and seals if that's all you need.

I know. But I want him to tune it all up for me. I'll be less lazy next time. But my rebound decided to go on holiday and my compression went to shit so I though "I'll let else deal with that" :D

James works ridiculous hours trying to keep everyone happy.

What time did you call at? Sometimes his phone starts ringing at 7:30am on Saturday morning. Sometimes it rings at 11:00pm Sunday night.

Every time he talks about closing a couple of days a week so he can have a bit of a normal life there is some guy that HAS to have his fork for Saturday but cannot pick it up between 10am and 8pm on Friday and there is James in the garage on Saturday waiting for the guy.

He does his best to answer all his e-mails and phone messages but if you are the least bit local your best bet is to drop by between 11:00am and 8:00pm Monday-Friday.

Arthur, through no fault of his own, was unable to work this summer so James is on his own most of the time.

Fire James an e-mail @ info at suspensionwerx and I am certain he will get back to you when he is able.

James actually has good things to say about the 2010 boxxers.

You can all go to hell. I'll be joining you shortly and I'm bringing beer and cheetos.
