Tin foil hats are not my cup of tea, but this sounds interesting (lame pun intended). Also getting those from Kiev (Ukraine), UK… Hard to ignore really. Still, I will not fully believe it until I hear it. Those you tube videos can all well be a prank going viral. not so hard to do really.
