Actally it has been bad, cat lake sled parking, cars were broken into every day for a while. Elfin lake hikers seem to be the latest target

You'd be surprised at the number of stolen bikes that end up in Kelowna. I always assumed they were moved up there but perhaps the locals from K town make it a routine to not leave the lower mainland without some new toys.
