The dirt is awesome on Seymour right now. Just did 3 laps, up GSMx3, down John Deer, Asian Adonis, and Forever After & High School. Powerlines road still has snow on it and the first 50m of Forever After as well. Otherwise all super grippy dirt, no mud!

Good to know. Visiting family in Surrey this week and was hoping to get to the shore. Will head out to ride Seymour on Wednesday.

Rode the Delta Watershed today and it was great, there has been a lot of work done there since my last ride there last summer. Ran into one of the builders, Casey (I think), he's done a great job with some update jumps, triples, and rollers.

Dales is running great! Less greasy roots then a typical summer :-)

Lower Seymour trails, like John Deere and below are perfect. Could not be in better condition. You can get in a great couple laps of the lower trails.

Empress bypass is also open, and is polished and beautiful. I discovered my brakes weren't working on the first or second berm and flew off it. Still a 10/10 experience.

Great new life in that trail, I even went up again for another lap.

Is Old Buck to BP and BP to powerlines snow free? Climbing up that and down upper Severed/John Deer is my go-to quick lap. Gotta think most will melt by this weekend with the warms temps and staying above freezing at night.

I haven't seen it personally, I just rode up GSM and down deere but that was a few days ago. But in my estimation it should be good by now. SixZeroSixOne just said Dales was good, and that's a little higher.

Empress bypass was closed again today. Might have just been temp for somebody working on it lower down.

Want to come up a ride Seymour this weekend. Where is the snow line right now? Top of Ned’s? CBC? Thanks!

I saw someone post on Facebook they rode CBC and it was clear of snow the other day. That was before the rain the other day, dunno if that was cold enough to snow at that elevation.

Absolutely mint conditions on the shore today. It's perfect.

Agree with the above statements. Came up yesterday to ride the upper trails and it was 100% mint. Thanks guys for having such awesome trails! Can’t get enough of Canadian jank in my life.
