climb old buck, not the road. it's more intense (read: steeper, more challenging) than the climb on fromme, but the time commitment is comparable: 30 minutes to pangor/pipeline, 40 minutes to severed/expresso, etc.

It's a weird phenomenon I discovered when I moved over here. Lots of people stick to one mountain. It still seems crazy to me.

And people in North Van seem to be terrified of crossing a bridge!

As has already been said, climb Old Buck/BP. If you want a longer loop, then you can ride Ned's (If you're desperate ;)) or C-Buster, and ride Bridal back. It's a good loop. Alternatively. Start in Lynn Valley, pedal across to Seymour and then do your loop before pedalling back. That's a really fun way of riding that mountain.

Start at parkgate with a coffee and ride up to severed and down to cardiac bypass to sticks and stones and back to parkgate for another coffee or down to the raven for a beer…that's a good lap right there

You can all go to hell. I'll be joining you shortly and I'm bringing beer and cheetos.

I ride Cypress and Seymour regularly but dont go up fromme often. Mainly cause people judge me and my dh bike.

Climbing Old Buck to Baden Powell to Mushroom (not labelled on the map below) gives you lots of trail options.

(Sorry about the huge pic)

Dude the other side of the bridge is the USA isn't it? I always figure I need my passport to cross 2nd Narrows.

Is there a better map with the stuff between Cardiac and Twin Bridges? I ended up going up Wills Way this morning, that kinda sucked.

climb Old Buck not the highway, forget about CBC there's plenty of better trails to pedal to.

exactly, the road isn't hard it just sucks cuz it has cars. The Old Buck - Severed - Bridal loop is a good bet and its a better workout

shuttlers or anyone for that matter don't really give two shits if you're feeling smug.

especially when its the 3rd time they'va passed you

Is the Spur4 an option for an XC'ish ride out to the dam?

Suicide Branch?

This trip to Kelowna was definately an undertaking - Liam and I had been planning this project for 24 hours. We worked really hard to pull out all the stops in this video. We had slo-mo goggle shots; time lapses; pedal flips; outrageous product shots; unloading and loading the bike; walking through the field with your hand in wheat. At the end of the day this trip was all about just getting out and riding with all my friends.

Yeah still a not much detail in that Bridal to Bridal section…

I'll just go fumble my way around again till I figure it out.
