Riding Sat-Wed. Trail conditions?

Hello fellow mtb'ers.

I decided to turn 40 by riding what appears to be the best of the best trails on earth.

staying in north shore/lonesdale. Wondering if anyone is up for a ride. Looking for free flowing, technical stuff. Don't mind climbing hours for a good downhill or 2. Beers would be on me. :)

I am wondering how trail conditions are, Seymour, grouse, fromme and even over on the island. Duncan/mt. Tzaohalem.

Bringing my Giant Trance 650b.

LOL, I have my Anthem 26 is in the shop….trying out the circus wheels for the 1st time. : )
