That's grat news, Barry. I did some exporing around Bear last weekend, and I intend on doing alot more over the summer, so we'll have to get together and ride.

Great to hear your riding again…..I remember those first, excruciating rides after surgery. My first one was similar; I was so happy to be on my bike again but after about 30 minutes, I was wondering how I was going to get home. All I wanted to do was lie down on the ground and curl up. I soldiered on and every ride got better. It will for you to. Listen to your body and don't go too fast….there is nothing worse than a setback. Give yourself small attainable goals and you will be back shredding soon enough.
