nice lee. :) i didn't even race and i still had to sleep most of yesterday.
on top of the beer they also ate awesome food from DAVID'S ON ESPLANADE (in the movie theatre complex). he is a great guy who donated food for over 60 riders. it would be nice if we could show him we appreciate his support. and the food really is good. :)
ride a horse! 1200 pounds of raw muscle, power, grace, and sweat between your legs…
but riding bikes is still fun!
Ed Sullivan? I was planning on that one but the people I was guiding were getting too tired and bonked to do that. Didn't need an emergency.
Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

That ride was wicked. I'm glad I got the chance to do the triple before I move. Thanks everybody!
Next up - the road bike double.
You should buy the Garmin 301. Runners use it a lot, but I bet it'll work for biking too. Hmmm…looks like it doesn't have altitude unfortunately. But it's GPS!

Is Ed Sullivan's still rideable? Last time I rode it was about 4-5 years ago and the rope was gone and lots of blowdown over the trail.
Kn.

my mom uses the 201 and she as gotten 3 new ones cuase they keep breaking like won't turn off of it will just lose signal and it will say she did 1 km in 15 seconds… its just messed.
Old Mr. Ed is even more full of blowdowns and the rope comes and goes. Also, the ravine is getting pretty tough (at least the last time I was there) even with the rope. Maybe a bit of sawing would make a great old school trail again. Unfortunately, it was targetted by hikers who hated bikers. Makes for a tough one.

You'll have to come back next year to defend yourself against Wade on the 7th Ripper!
