Stories and pics to follow.

I screwed up on the bike comp so all the altitude is off by minus 40 m. I also mislabelled Prospect Drive as Panorama Road

Not a dumb question - these polar heart rate monitor charts are weird. Red lines are my heart rate. Black line is the altitude. Blue line is speed

Hey Lee, did you flatline a few times a ride or do you just have a really low resting heart rate? :P
I seriously considered quiting my job to come and ride the triple crown, next year for sure.

So you could add a bladder level line to the graph too! :)

What computer are you using for those readings?

thats a fancy pants graphola if I ever saw one. I've never straped a HR monitor on to know the comparison, but that looks like a good time. I'm willing to bet you had more power in your legs on day two?

Just a speculative fiction. No cause for alarm.

well you were a little faster than our time of 9.5 hours. Of course that includes the 1 hour BBQ we had in lot 5.

Id like to see a graph of the level of Pete's intoxication, I would guess he peaked at either the top of Fromme or the Clevlend damn. My favorite quote of the day, " I have to coast it out I have baloons in caught up in my cogs"

Nice 8000 calorie weekend. Wish I was there. Something came up and I'll have to do my own triple crown at some point.

What all did you consume this weekend to get back those 8000 calories?
