lol - not at you/your comment but the idea that people can't manage to do 15 minutes of activity a day to keep their bodies healthy.

People are incredibly lazy.

There is an idea that we evolved to be lazy. The thinking is that before modern humans/society got going we spent so much of out time finding shelter, finding food and running away from being something's food that any opportunity for rest was welcomed and necessary. People didn't need to exercise as activity was a necessary part of survival. So, we took it easy whenever we could to conserve the limited energy resources we had.
