Ive got a buggered up knee. Anybody have any recommendations for a good sports PT on the north shore, or maybe downtown? I live in Lynn Valley.
Physiotherapists
I had a great experience with Jay when he was at Bloom Family Wellness. He's since opened his own practice: https://performancelabrehab.com/

NSSM is my go-to. I've had various injuries diagnosed and treated by their PTs over the years, and they have all been excellent.

Ramsey at North Shore Sports Medicine (Brooksbank across from John Henry)
Colin Miller at Sports+Spinal, http://www.sportandspinal.com/
Former NSMB team rider and a great guy, really understands bike injuries. Located in Yaletown.
Agree that Colin was great, but when I was getting treatment for my shoulder dislocation 11 years ago, I think Colin was trying to work in Squamish more (not sure if he has a clinic there any longer). Tony at S+S was also pretty good.

I liked my physiotherapist at City Sports & Physiotherapy downtown (Pender & Hornby), I married her! In addition to my wife (Timberly), they have a pretty great crew down there.
Thanks to all for the suggestions!

Timberly is awesome.
I've had a really good experience with Shauna Franke at myodetox North Van. Just prepare yourself for some dry needling...
I hear the chiropractors are busier than ever with everyone spending too much time on Zoom and not enough being active.

lol - not at you/your comment but the idea that people can't manage to do 15 minutes of activity a day to keep their bodies healthy.

People are incredibly lazy.

The same people who before were like, "I can't possibly exercise because of the office and all, if only I had the time" who now have plenty of freedom to discreetly get plenty of low key exercise, don't.
