and fact is, the majority of riders are clueless people who only take from the trail systems and never give back. you sound like one of them.

Wa wa wa, I've put in more time than 98% of this board, but mountain biking is a year round sport that is easily doable in the rain. Sure trails get hammered but it is also the best time of year for builders to see where the wear spots and drainage needs to be.
