Some very sad news to share with the MTB community. My riding and trail-building buddy, Paul Higgins, died suddenly in his sleep a few nights ago at his cabin on Red Mountain, outside of New Denver. Over the past 10 years, Paul and I spent hundreds of hours on Seymour building and riding trails. So even if you didn't know him, many of you have probably ridden something he built. This is a huge loss for all of us.

PM me for details about a future ride in his memory.

Sad news indeed.

He will live on through his trail work and I`m sure he is now pinning awesome endless singletrack in Valhalla.

Thanks Patrick. Paul was a friend of mine as well and I know he will be greatly missed. He took me for some great rides up Idaho Peak. My heart goes out to his family.

Very bad news. Paul will be greatly missed on the trails and in the neighbourhood.

Prayers for his family during this tragic time.

Anyone who rides Seymour owes Paul a great deal of respect and gratitude for all the trails he has built or assisted in building. His builds go back over twenty years.

Ride on, Buddy.
