The dark roast is in the freezer, where it will stay until the spring.

pfft. freezing can be a part of good coffee handling procedures, provided it's in an airtight container and you're careful how you use 'em. It's not the freezing itself, it's the heat cycles. Repeatedly exposing frozen beans to warm air (and leaching out the oils with the condensation) is what wrecks the flavour.

With winter well upon us and the snow falling fast and thick Mug was checking out some new spots!

First to check out this new property in the whistler that he knows and loves so much.

just need to find a sugamugga to help him out…

Then back to the search for pow up the skin track this time with the aid of the mighty pocket rockets!

After getting to the top Mug totally RIPS it in the pow!
