Just watching NSX 1, 1 inch travel bikes, clipped in bunny hops and wheelie drops that invariably end in a crash :rocker:

onto NSX 2 now, slightly more full suss bikes, maybe up to 3 inches travel, lots of top tube padding, even split between wheelie drops and just hucking off them, less lycra!

even some dirt jumping at the end of nsx2 and finally someone with a full face helmet at the end too! No disc brakes at that point. Leaving the rest for now and going for a bit of drop in season 1.

Pretty humbling viewing. Especially the likes of Barb Hayley cruising down Lower Ladies on a hardtail, and when I ride it on a bigger bike I always lose a bit of poo.

I need to go back and re-watch those. anyone know where I can get a copy of NSX 6? Its the only one I'm missing.

That's the problem with cities, they're refuges for the weak, the fish that didn't evolve.

I don't want to google this - sounds like a thing that NSMB will be better at.

Hey, I just cleaned out my closet and found an old stash of NSX right thru to Diggin It. I'll see what I got and let you know.

i have the first 3 kicking around on vhs. classic stuff. great historical documents of the changing trails, techniques [HTML_REMOVED] technologies. watching the birth [HTML_REMOVED] evolution of the genre is pretty neat. those early days were exciting times for sure.

Not sure which one it's on but one some of my favorite footage is Kris Steed on his neon green Santa Cruz with neon green double-wides,clipped in, just flowing a trail.

Also Wade Simmons on his pruple Rocky riding some log rides on Seymour? front wheel washing out and seemingly crushing his nuts………

Dangerous Dan on his old orange Brodie dropping into the dark on Cypress.

classic……………I'm gunna dig 'em out later today.Thank god I kept my old vcr for my kids Disney movies.

Kim Steed, not Kris.

My brother was in NSX 1. Digger payed him a dollar. It was a clip of him falling off the teeter over the 'swamp' on Ladies.
