I am posting on behalf of my employer Lord Scrooge McDuck.
Does anyone know if Councillor Mathew Bond will be at the NSMBA AGM to hand out the manila envelops containing the booty he absconded from the District of North Vancouver public treasury, or will Mr. Nayel be distributing the proceeds via cheque?
